Specification:
 

1.The maximum mechanical speed is 220m/min, and when the cut paper length is 0.5 m, the speed is 90 m/min;

2.The cut length range: 500 mm-9,999 mm; the paper cutting precision reaches ±1 mm;

3.The machine can store 999 orders, so the order changeover can be realized automatically in a rapid and accurate manner without machine stopping and the machine can be networked with computers to facilitate production management;

4.The main motor is hung outside, so the heat dispersion of the motor is improved, the transmission chain is reduced and the transmission precision is improved; an ac servo control system is employed to save electric energy of more than 30%;

5.The rotating part of the cutter shaft adopts a special design, so the rotation is smooth; backlash elimination gears with special design are used to realize side backlash free transmission; in addition, the cutter shaft is hollow, so it operates easily, accurately and stably;

6.The transmission part for paper feeding is separated from that for paper output, and these two parts adopt independent frequency conversion motors separately for speed control; synchronous belts are used for transmission, so the transmission is smooth with low noise;

7.The paper pressing sun gear mechanisms for paper feeding and output are pneumatically controlled and the air circuit is specially designed, so the paper pressing pressure can be adjusted in a stepless manner without machine stopping and the operation is convenient;

8.There are two rows of paper pressing sun gears and the tachometer wheels are between these two rows of paper pressing sun gears to reduce the cardboard length error due to shaking of cardboard during cardboard cutting;

9.The length measuring mechanism is designed through special optimization, the length measuring wheel is made of wearable polyurethane rubber and its pressure can be adjusted in an on-line manner without machine stopping, so the operation is convenient and the paper cutting precision reaches ±1 mm;

10.The paper pressing sun gears for paper output apply to the paper pressing thicknesses of 3, 5 and 7-layer cardboards, and the paper pressing thickness is changed over through an electrically controlled pneumatic system; when the number of layers of cardboard is changed over;
