the production line designed to make 2 ply corrugated paper sheet.

there are different models of single facers for option. customer can choose the suitable model as per the working speed and different production profiles.

 

 

Corrugated paper board production line
 

A complete corrugated paper board assembly line includes the following machines: mill roll stand, pre-heater, splicer, single facer, overhead bridge, mulit-preheater, and glue machine, double baker facer, slitter scorer, cut-off stacker and ect.

 

Raw paper roll is fed to the mill roll stand. after heated and moisture ajusted by the pre-heater, raw paper will go to the single facer, corrugated by it, and gluing together with another raw paper to become single faced corrugating paper. then conveyed through the over head bridge, re-heated by mult-layer preheater, after glued by gluing machine, jointed by the double baker facer. then, continuous corrugating board comes out.

 

After slitting and scoring by slitter scorer and transverse cutting by cut-off machine, corrugated board with different sizes are produced. at last, these different size corrugating board will be stacked, calculated and then sent out by the stacker.

Structural performance and characteristics

SPECIFICATION
Effective width: 1400-1800.
The bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rollers and pressure rollers are all made of high-temperature lubricating grease with oil seals.
The upper corrugated roller, pressure roller lifting, and the movement of the sizing mechanism are controlled pneumatically.
The pulp roller unit can be horizontally extended as a whole; Optimization design of the slurry seat.
Electric adjustment of pulp volume, the gap between the sizing roller and the control roller can be adjusted electrically according to the actual production situation.

The main control cabinet and related paper racks are controlled through left and right movement linkage.
The corrugated roller adopts an internal adsorption octagonal groove design, which reduces production noise and reduces labor intensity of workers; No signs of air suction grooves can be seen on the corrugated surface, improving the overall aesthetics of the corrugated cardboard
