Operation Manual

1.    Check that the power supply voltage matches the rating on the nameplate. The power socket should have a secure ground wire.

2.    Ensure the lid is tightly closed before use.

3.    Before starting the machine, turn the adjustment handwheel one turn towards the 'Coarse' direction (clockwise). Explanation: This creates distance between the two grinding wheels, allowing the motor to start under no load.

4.    After powering on the machine, the motor should run normally. If it does not start, turn off the power immediately.

5.    Turn the adjustment handwheel towards the 'Fine' direction (counterclockwise) until you hear the friction sound of the two grinding wheels rubbing against each other.

6.    Feed the materials into the hopper.

7.    After work is completed, turn the adjustment handwheel towards the 'Coarse' direction until the friction sound of the grinding wheels stops, then turn off the machine.
