Descriptipn of HFXH circulating air separator

The HFXH circulating air separator is specifically designed to extract low gravity impurities such as husk dust from grains (such as wheat, corn, barley, rice, miscellaneous grains, etc.) by suction. It can be used in grain depots, flour mills, rice mills, corn processing plants, oil mills, feed mills, alcohol factories, etc. It can be used alone or in combination with a vibrating screen, flat rotary screen, or wheat beater. The three main characteristics are: due to the use of a light impurity axial pressure gate structure for elimination, the phenomenon of light impurity hinge often being stuck is overcome. The use of a roller type feeding mechanism fundamentally solves the problem of frequent mechanical failures in the feeding area. The use of a large dust chamber can enhance the settling effect. Grain particles enter the feeding hopper, but due to accumulation, fresh air will not enter the suction duct from the feeding port. Under the rolling of the roller, the grain particles are fed into the suction duct. Under the action of the circulating airflow, the light and miscellaneous particles are sucked into the separation zone and then enter the centrifugal separator. Here, light and miscellaneous particles are separated from the airflow and fall into the dust chamber, and then the hinge dragon horizontally pushes them to one end to be discharged through a pressure door air shutter. The centrifugal fan sucks the air away, and then returns to the suction duct for circulation through the return duct. The heavy grain material that has been purified by suction is opened by the weight of the material, allowing the material to be discharged.
