After extruding, the leaching and desolubilization of oilseeds can be significantly improved, and the palatability of feed can be improved. The key point of the process adopts the computer automatic control system, and the whole pretreatment puffing production process is safe, hygienic and stable.
Rotary vibrating screener is designed for screening materials in oils & fats, starch, animal feed material fermentation and chemical industries. It is suitable for continuous and effective screening and separation of two kinds of kernel and shell mixed materials with large density difference and incompatibility formed after peeling (such as cottonseed).
