Introduction of Sesame Hulling Machine
Sesame hulling machine is composed of hulling system and washing system. The machine is a vertical cylinder, the internal space can be fully utilized, with small volume, simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation. Adopt combined type agitator, which can produce axial shunt. Radial diversion, fully turnover material, no dead angle. The use of the compound agitator shortens the time of soaking, hulling and separating sesame, improves the production efficiency and improves the quality of the product. This machine has the advantages of complete hulling, perfect grains, white and bright, etc.
Operation of Sesame Huller
The stirrer driven by decelerator makes the soaked sesame rotating rapidly up and down. The hull will removed from the kernel by the friction between sesames and the rotating force from the stirrer.
The hull and kernel are pushed continuously by the stirrer driven by decelerator to move in radial and axile directions. The hull is discharged through the holes on the plate, while the kernel is sustained by the plate with holes, and thus they are separated from each other.
