Introduction of 60 ton wheat flour processing production line

Based on production examples both domestically and internationally, and taking into account actual usage,
the 60 ton wheat flour equipment has been developed using advanced milling techniques, light grinding
and fine grinding, which are more detailed in the cleaning and grinding stages. The method of graded
cleaning and graded grinding of wheat cores is used, with smooth roller grinding and impact milling, to
obtain high-grade specialized flour.

Process characteristics of the 50-60 ton wheat flour equipment:
The process characteristics of the raw material cleaning workshop include three sieves, two dozen, and
two stone removal, wheat washing and drying, magnetic separation, secondary dust removal, and four lifts.
This process has good cleaning effect, high output, low power consumption, good dust removal effect, and
no dust emission.

The process of the powder making workshop: using four skins and four cores of slag, using four external
screening screens for grading, brushing bran, and using three double bin flat screens for screening powder,
with high production efficiency and convenient maintenance. The mill powder adopts roller grinding and
synchronous belt transmission, with high production efficiency, low noise, no dust emission, and easy
maintenance.

Mechanical output characteristics of 50-60 tons of wheat flour:

Complete set of wheat flour machine can be divided into three parts:

1. Cleaning part :

To clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was
bitten by insect and so on. This section is to prepare for milling part and to protect the machinery as well.

2. Milling part:

The second step, to mill the grain and separate the flour, bran and other by-product:

(1) Mill: mill the grain to break the integrity by the roller moving.

(2) Sifter: to separa te the flour,bran and other by-product, also separate large size and small size to ensure
flour quality

3. Packing part:

The third step, the packing machine can be manual or automatic weighting and packing.
