Working Principle of Coffee Roaster Machine

Roast green coffee beans in a roasting bucket, then cool them in a cooling dish.
Start the baking machine, the baking drum and the hot air fan are running.
Turn on the fire button, the machine is preheated. In the preheating stage, the heater will heat the baking drum on one side and the air on the other side and then introduce the hot air into the baking drum. After reaching the predetermined preheating temperature, the beans are transferred from the hopper into the roasting barrel. The roasting bucket and hot air work together to heat the coffee beans until they reach the end roasting temperature. When the end baking temperature is about to be reached, start the cooling tray, cooling fan and stirrer. Manually pour coffee beans into a cooling dish. Stir with a whisk and cool with a cooling fan. At the end of cooling, open the outlet and pour out the beans, and close the outlet of the cooling dish. The baking stage and the cooling stage can be carried out simultaneously.
