Product Description

Oilseeds pretreatment production line includes vibrating screen, stone remover, crusher, magnetic separator, softener (quenching and tempering tower), rolling machine, extruder, drying cooler, etc. These machines are used on soybean, cottonseed and other oilseeds. After extruding, the leaching and desolubilization of oilseeds can be significantly improved, and the palatability of feed can be improved. The key point of the process adopts the computer automatic control system, and the whole pretreatment puffing production process is safe, hygienic and stable.

Flaking the oilseeds helps to rupture the cell walls and increase the surface area, making it easier for the oil to be extracted during the subsequent extraction process.
